GREETINGS IN THE NAME OF OUR RISEN LORD…
This girl has been busy. And I’m about to get busier. But, I’m pressing the pause button for just a moment to send a quick ministry update. God is on the move and I’m doing my Girl Scout best to keep up with Him!
We’ve just ordered the third printing of the SO I CAN TELL CD from manufacturing. A friend recently shared she’s given several copies to members of her GriefShare group at church. She added, “This particular collection of songs is so completely perfect for those suffering through heart wrenching loss.”
My heart grieves over the pain and heartache that some have had to walk through, but it also rejoices in a God who is kind and compassionate to use this music as a healing balm to many. As the Scripture says, the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Amen.
RADIO NEWS:
We’ve released the second radio single, “There Will Be One Day” to all INSPO stations (that’s radio-speak for Inspirational format). Several are already playing the song. Our prayer is simply that everyone who needs to hear it will have the opportunity.
I was blessed to be a featured guest on a special Valentine’s Day-themed program on KSBJ’s ‘Sunday Night Live.’ Host Kim Wier had this to say following our interview…“Cheri’s willingness to be real and transparent as she shares the life behind her music makes for a compelling interview. Our listeners were treated to an honest look at a heart wounded deeply but bound up in the love of our unfailing God. Her story and her undeniable joy connected with our listeners and impacted lives. Thanks, Cheri!”
The radio promoter just sent over news that ”There Will Be One Day” made it onto CMW’s Inspirational Power Surge and Inspirational Most Added lists this week. Good news, indeed.

PRAYER REQUEST: Please pray for me as I prepare for ministry this Spring. One thing I continually have to balance is the nuts and bolts of ministry with ministry itself.
